JahRox! A Family Affair is not responsible for inclement weather or any other event interruptions. No refunds will be given. We are more than happy to try to work with you and your Plan B.
Customer Responsibility (Required for service)
You are responsible for any damages to JahRox! Crew and/or equipment, during the time of setup/event/clean up, by you or your guests.

You and your guests are participating in any and all games hosted by the JahRox! Crew at your own risk. JahRox! A Family Affair will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries of any kind that may occur.
Photo/Video Release (Optional)
JahRox! A Family Affair reserve all rights to any and all photos/videos taken by the JahRox! Crew. These photos/videos may be used for future JahRox! advertisements and/or posted to the our social media sites. Non of these photos/videos will be used maliciously or disrespectfully. Nor, will said photos be sold to a third party.
